S.T.A. DATA srl manages the data of its users in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR), concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data controller
The data controller is S.T.A. DATA srl (hereinafter called S.T.A. DATA), with office in Turin (Italy), 10126, corso Raffaello 12.

Collection and typology of data processed

The data provided to S.T.A. DATA are collected using paper forms, forms present on the websites managed by the company, telephone or online assistance or requests, registration for events or webinars, sending of CVs, license agreements or activation of demo software. The data collected and processed by S.T.A. DATA does not contain sensitive data.

Use of data

The data provided directly or collected by S.T.A. DATA are used for the services requested by the customer, to provide assistance and presentations, for administrative and accounting purposes, for informational, commercial and marketing communications. S.T.A. DATA stores the data using paper form storage and IT tools. The data collected online are processed using management softwares.

The data are accessible and are processed for these purposes above by the S.T.A. DATA and by third subjects authorized by it, that may, in the exercise of these purposes, be temporarily also outside the European Union.

S.T.A. DATA will use the data for these purposes, without affecting the rights of the interested subjects. The data can be communicated to administrative consultants. Furthermore, please note that these data can be communicated to the police and judicial authorities in the exercise of their powers.

Storage of data and rights of the users

S.T.A. DATA will store the data until the consent is revoked or within the maximum terms established by law. Data relating to taxation will in any case be stored as required by the relevant regulations.

At any time the interested party has the right to access his own data and request correction, updating, portability, limitation, cancellation, according to the rights present in the regulation. Please note that requests for data deletion are in any case limited by current regulations that impose obligations regarding the conservation of tax data.
